Maintenance Work Orders
Mon – Fri. 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. (Closed Statutory Holidays)
Notify the Housing Authority immediately of any damage to your premises or building that has been caused by you, other members of the household, or your guests.
General maintenance concerns can be reported during regular business hours.

Compliments and Complaints
We do all we can to get it right the first time – but we know sometimes that’s not the case.
If we don’t get things right, we’ll listen and learn to stop it from happening again. If you’re unhappy with any of our services, let us know.
Also, you should report any building or tenant incidents that affected you, or a member of your household, to your Tenant Services Coordinator. They'll record it, investigate it and take action according to the lease.
