General Maintenance

Normal maintenance concerns will be addressed in a timely manner during regular business hours (9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday).

Please call 306.445.4393 to initiate a work order request.

Emergency Maintenance

Emergency maintenance issues are defined as existing when:

  • Life or safety is in danger
  • Protection of property is required
  • A health hazard exists
  • An essential service has been lost

Emergency maintenance concerns will be addressed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  TBHA provides emergency ON CALL staffing at all times.

Note: If you are facing a fire, medical, or life threatening emergency call 911 prior to calling TBHA.

Note: If you feel that you or your unit is being threatened by a person or their conduct please contact the RCMP by calling 911.

Fire Safety

TBHA provides fire safey education information to all tenants in partnership with local fire and emergency service providers.  Evacuation plans are in place at TBHA apartment buildings.  Fire drills are conducted twice each year at these buildings.  TBHA also maintains state of the art fire alarm and smoke signalling devices in all buildings and dwelling units.

 Well Maintained Housing

TBHA manages 629 well maintained houses, duplexes, four-plex, and apartment rental units.

Our Asset & Property Services division oversees all maintenance repairs and annual capital budget replacements and improvements.
